We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your product to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase must be provided.

Valid reasons for requesting a return include, wrong size, product not what ordered, or damaged.

To request a return, please email matthias@thirdfeather.shop with reasoning for return and proof of purchase. If item is damaged, a photo will also be required showing damage. Items sent back without a formal request will not be accepted.

If your return request is accepted, we will notify you and send along shipping instructions. 

 

If you are requesting an exchange, you will be responsible for paying the shipping back to us. However we will cover the cost to ship the exchanged item to you.

If you are requesting a refund, you will be responsible for paying the shipping back to us.
